This iconic portrait of a face-tattooed elder Laytu Chin woman from the banks of the Lemro River in Western Myanmar is the first of its kind. This complex facial tattoo has never been captured or documented before 2005, when this image was taken.
The photo is printed either on Hahnemühle Sugar Cane Paper (75 % bagasse fibre and 25 % Cotton) or on Hahnmühle Bamboo Paper (90 % bamboo fibre and 10 % cotton). Both are sustainable papers that have natural white colour tones and smooth surface structures.
